[Info] Sims 4 - Download & Installation & Startup issues

Okay, so I bought the game a few days ago and downloaded it & since then it's been stuck at install. When I hover over the game I only have the option to install it. Once I hit install it says it's complete but the install button remains and nothing happens. I've tried pretty much everything suggested. My order is fullfilled in the order history and I can't figure out what else to do. Please help.
