I have stayed up all night trying to figure out why I can't preload my Sims 4. I pre-ordered it over a month ago. I have tried reinstalling my Origin. That didn't work! I paid for it, so where is it???? I made sure that my payment was processed. It says "complete." So, what's wrong???!

@EA_Kristi Yes, that post is why I tried reinstalling. I'm not on a mac and my Origin is online. I've tried logging in and out multiple times. However, I did just notice that beside my sims 4 order, it says "SCO"? Does this mean anything? This is really frustrating.
