Hello,
Since upgrading to Windows 10, I have been having nothing but issues. I have been starting the game and as soon as the main window pops up It starts streaking graphically across the screen. Sims 4 wont do anything else. I then have to exit game. I can't play the game with streaks going through the screen. If you can find a solution it would be great. This problem never happened with 8.1.

Have you updated your graphics card's drivers for Windows 10? I can help you find the correct files you have to download and install if you tell me which graphics card you own.
Don't mean to hi-jack thread - I also cannot play Sims4 at all since windows 10 upgrade. I also cannot locate a driver update for my graphics card (and this computer isn't that old!). I'm running ATI Radeon 3000 Graphics on a HP desktop. Can you help?

Just updated to windows 10. My game was working perfectly before the update. Now when I go to play, it says "Cant run sims 4 with video card in system. Please check card meets Min. specs. and latest video drivers are installed". Like I said, I have been playing this game on this graphics card (ATI Radeon 4300/4500) with no issues. I have gone in to my drivers and clicked to update the video card but it says I have the most current version! HELP!!
