I have tried to install The Sims 4 game time from Orgin but when I try to play it tells me that the game cannot be activated and asks me to enter the product key. It says on my games that I have played for less than an hour- I haven't played it at all because I can't get into the game. I don't know if it is because I have played The Sims 4 Create-a-Sim demo, or not. If anyone could help in any way it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks 😕mileyhappy:

Ive had this problem as well, Ive been in contact with them for help twice to be told that its been sorted and to reinstall the game, which I did but it hasnt sorted the problem. Seems like im just going in circles. Does anyone who works at EA know how to solve the problem? Ive read that this happens alot with Game Time.
Update: Just been told that they are having issues at the moment and that they are working on it but they dont know how long it will take. Any updates will be posted on the forum.

I'm speaking to someone at EA and they're not sure what's wrong at the minute but they've had a lot of people with the same problem including me and they're just trying to understand what is happening.

I too was really excited to play, I haven't been able to afford the sims since sims 2! Been really envious of people able to play both 3 and 4. EA told me to wait 8hrs (from 4:30pm GMT) and if it wasn't sorted by then to ring them in 24hrs time. Luckily we still have the 48hrs!
