@Renan2715  Your dxdiag is missing a lot of info because it crashed while running.  This could be a random glitch, but given that your dxdiag lists a number of Windows errors, it's a good idea to run a couple of basic checks on your Windows system files:

• Hit Windows key-X
• Choose either “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator),” whichever option is offered
• Inside the window that appears, copy and paste “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth” without quotes into the window, and enter
• The system will start validating soon. If it throws an error, please list it here
• After it reaches 100%, hit Windows key-X again
• Again, choose “PowerShell (Administrator)” or “Command prompt (Administrator)”
• Inside the window, copy and paste “sfc /scannow” without quotes into the window, and enter
• Post the message you receive here

Restart your computer, hit Windows key-i, select Update & Security, and click the button to check for updates.  If any install, restart again afterwards.

Now move the entire Sims 4 folder, if there is one, out of Documents\Electronic Arts and onto your desktop.  Try to play; if the game loads, a clean folder will spawn with no content.  Don't add anything to it yet; just see whether you can get far enough to start a new save and play in live mode for a bit.

If you get the same error, please create a new admin Windows account and try playing in that.  Make it a local account, as in, don't sign into Microsoft, and don't sync with any other services you normally use.  The username should contain only letters and numbers, no special characters or accents.

If that doesn't work either, please run and upload a new dxdiag; hopefully this one will contain the missing information.
