Inked Inlet Problematic?

Hello, 

So whenever I enter the lot "Inked Inlet" in Nordhaven, and when I need to go out and save the game, either my game freezes or it stays in loading screen.

All other lots in Nordhaven do not experience the same issue.

Anybody having this issue as well?
