How long did it take you to finish the trial because mine is taking forever.

I’m very confused. I bought the game a while ago. But it says demo. I put the disk in and try to put the code in but it keeps saying the code was redeemed. It’s still saying that the game is a demo even if I bought the disk.
@Lalb459 Please contact EA customer support to get this sorted out. If you choose the live chat option, you can upload photos (especially of your disc, case, and insert with the code printed on it) directly to the chat session.
this doesn't help me, sadly.

Hi @4x0t0LtL,
This thread is a bit of an oldie. What worked back then might not work today. Could you pop open a fresh thread on this and include what steps you've tried so far please?
I'll close this out in the meantime to limit further bumps to this thread.
