Installing EA app & Sims 4 on new PC
@Andyste1 You can have Sims 4 installed on as many computers as you want. You can only play on one computer at a time, or rather you can only be signed into your account in the EA App on one computer at a time, but that has no effect on other systems where the App isn't currently open.
For transferring files, you'll need to first install the game itself on the new computer. Copying over the game data won't work; the App needs to go through the install process. Once you've done that, start the game once, then transfer your user data: saves, Tray files, mods, whatever else you want to keep. Here's a complete list of the data in your user folder:

Please note that while Sims 4 can be installed almost anywhere, it should NOT be installed into Documents, which can cause problems now or later. The user folder will always be in Documents > Electronic Arts.
