Intermittently working on PC

Question

Hi all,&nbsp;Hoping someone can help!I have Sims 3 and 4 on my laptop. I've got expansions on both, but no mods or anything like that. Since I've had this laptop, I can get either Sims 3 or 4 to play for a few days, never both on the same day and then they stop being playable for weeks.I was able to get on 4 yesterday and the day before (Sims 3 wouldn't load at all). Today the issue has started again.&nbsp;Sometimes I just get the initial pop-up and blue triangle background, sometimes i get the plumbob and messages, sometimes I get to the menu. Either way I get to one of these then the music is still playing but the screen and mouse freezes. If i get one of the first two and hit Windows or open Task Manager and return to the Sims window sometimes i get to step 2/3 but still don't make it to actual gameplay. It's driving me nuts as Sims is the main reason I got this laptop tbh!ThanksH

@xhayleyx21&nbsp; Does it help to restart the computer?&nbsp; I mean a real restart, not sleep/wake and not even shut down/reboot.

Please also run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

HiThanks for helping!No, it doesn't seem to make a difference if I Shut Down, Restart, if the laptop crashes, either way when I turn it back on I usually face the same issue.I did a DX the day I originally posted. Attached here.Thanks
