inventory reseting

So i have my sims put stuff in their inventory and it goes back to being like some stuff i put in a while back all my sims its really annoying me i cannot do anything i tried going to the magical world and coming back after i brought a wand a broom and a familer and now its back to a kids toy and 2 modded items (a apple from the witches and warlock thing and a broom from it to from when i didn't have realm of magic and used the mod)  or whenever i collect things it resets one of my sims inventory to a pet poop. please help me i'm getting really annoyed by it

I use mods a lot of mods if that help but i'm pretty sure it isn't the mods i will try anyway if anyone thinks it is but i don't think it is
