Is every DLC dvd disc compatible with EA app, now that origin doesn’t exist?
@kittysquadron The discs themselves aren't going to work. But the codes will, as long as they're new, i.e. they haven't been redeemed by a previous owner. Any code that was usable in Origin is also usable in the EA App. So if the box for this content is sealed, you'll be able to register the code in the EA App and download the content from there, no need for a disc.
And to be clear, there has never been a way to install Sims 4 without Origin or now the EA App. Even an original base game disc would have required you to install Origin. But you can use the account you've used to post on this site.
It's worth mentioning that during sales, Sims 4 packs in the EA App are typically much cheaper than what you'd find on a store shelf. So unless you want the box as a collectible, I'd suggest waiting for an EA sale instead.
