Is the Sims 4 compatible to run on Windows 10?
My laptop is dying so I need to purchase another computer. Do I need to download all the games from the Sims 4 again to my new computer. Also will the Sims 4 play on a computer running Windows 10?

Yes, you will need to reinstall on the new computer
Here's a trick how you can avoid most of the downloading though: http://help.ea.com/en/article/backing-up-and-restoring-your-origin-games/ (just do it for Sims 4 instead of Battlefield)
And yes, it should run on Windows 10 but make sure your new computer fulfills the requirements.
