is there a way to stop vampires from breaking into my house?
Sometimes, a specific vampire comes breaking into my house while my Sim is sleeping and sucks her blood. How do I stop this?

You don't have to grow garlic. It is enough to click on seedbed or pots and choose "buy garlic seeds". Do it a few times and you will have enough garlic to make a wreath of it - if you have a double door, or to make a braid if you have a single door.
Unfortunately, sim must learn how to do it, but after two days of learning he will be able to do it.
