@DefJune Having a scratch folder is normal if you don't properly exit the game. It's a folder that exists during the game play and then gets deleted when you exit.
Are you using mods/cc ? Have you tested if it works on another save ?

Could you post your Computer's DxDiag?
- Press Windows-Key + R
- Type: DxDiag
- Click on Save all Information.
- Attach the Text File to your post- 3 years ago

Can you try repairing your installation of those: https://crinrict.com/blog/2019/04/vcruntime140-dll-missing.html and if it doesn't help, reinstall them.
If that still doesn't help, try to recover EApp and repair the game.
