I've been playing the sims for a while, i have 117 hours in it, and am only having this issue now. Whenever I try to open it, the EA app appears and says that I need to reset my password. I have done this 3 times, along with uninstalling it and reinstalling it, clearing the EA cache, verifying the files on steam, and deleting the sims 4 files themselves, any fixes?

If you check your Connected accounts page, does it show that the Steam account you're trying to play from is linked to this specific EA account?
When the password reset prompt keeps appearing, a common cause is that the platform account is actually linked to a different EA account. It may be worth checking your account connections first, just to rule out that possibility.
I'd also recommend clearing the EA App cache to make sure the app isn't simply failing to refresh your account information properly after the password reset.
