Issues with Reapers Rewards

I can see the Reapers rewards event interface but it doesn't give me any tasks to do and I'm trying to fulfill the event exp task requirements that it gives me. 

When I complete a task such as catching an angelfish or growing a death flower, it doesn't mark the tasks as completed or give me the exp. I am trying to finish week three and start week four.

I have completed these tasks a few times over but theres been no rewards. Something is wrong.
