It says I'm playing The Sims 4 but I'm not
I'm trying to play the sims 4 but the play button is gray. I tried logging out to see if that would help but it's saying that the sims 4 is running but it's not? I don't know what to do this isn't the...
- Open windows task manager (ctrl+shift+esc) and see if there are any sims 4 process running on the background (check the process tab), and finish them. then start the game again.
