Fairy garden digital content still not appearing

A lot of us buy from EA app directly to avoid issues with downloading packs however this has been and ongoing problem over the past two months. I bought the enchanted by nature pack within the window for the extra content and still have not received it.  I have been in contact with support multiple times and now they are telling me to monitor sims twitter account for an update on the issue. Except that was two weeks again and no update was ever made. In fact now there is  another pack being released when some of us have not received what we paid for with the first one. The most frustrating part is I could have waited for the pack to go on sale if they were never going to give me the content and buy the extra content from a 3rd party site. Many people have reported this same problem and at this point it feels like fraud since we are not being given what we paid for.
