In Sims 4, the packs i bought, all the items on the packs are broken. My game was broken for a while but, then i fixed it. I went to play on the Sims and all of the pack's items I have (Perfect Patio Stuff, Luxury Party Stuff, & Parenthood) and they were all broken. Like the all of the clothes, hair, accessories, furniture, etc. were broken that were from the packs. I have no idea what to do. I tried repairing the game and removing cache files, but they didn't work.
Do you have any mods or custom content (CC) in your game? Could you test without?
You can just move the folder to a location outside the Electronic Arts folder.
If the game works without your CC and mods in, your issue is probably caused by a broken mod or CC.

This update, updated the coding for mods so most mods need updating.
If it still doesn't work I suggest taking out half of your mods and CC and testing the game. Then keep splitting until you find all that is broken.
Either update or remove the broken CC/mods.
I have no mods or cc in my game. I also tried moving the sim 4 folder some wheres else on my computer. It still doesn't work
Ok, what do you mean exactly with that they are broken? Could you post a screenshot of what you're seeing?
