evairwave Deleting the EA App won't remove your Sims 4-related data: not saves or other user files, not owned content. And you need to have the App installed in order to play.
If you can't find the App, download a fresh copy of the installer and run it. The installer may tell you that the App is already present and ask if you want to repair. Say yes, and then if you still can't play, remove the App and reinstall it (again).
And if you use a third-party antivirus, set an exception for EADesktop.exe after reinstalling the App.
If this doesn't help, remove the App with Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine). Use the Advanced scanning method when asked. Then restart your computer and reinstall it.
