items in build mode wont place & can't save the game
I play the sims 4 with many packs and cc. after the latest life & death pack update, i have been facing some issues, where I was building and furnishing a house, all of a sudden I can't place any items anymore, like it just goes invisible or just wont place at all when i click. and then I wanted to restart the game, so I saved before exit but now it is just stuck in the saving screen. I "end task" for The Sims 4 and when I load back into my game, the whole damn progress I GONE. I've experience this multiple times in a day, so I cant really progress in my build at all.
note: yes I have tried restarting the game, repairing the game via EA App, removing all of my mods (CC). Still has this annoying issue.
sometimes i feel like I love this game so much but its so painful and annoying to play when there are these inconvenient bugs.
Please help me anybody!

If you're willing, it would be great to share your save with EA, as described in the accepted solution on page one.
For the inability to save, does this happen in a new save as well? Does it happen if you choose "save as" rather than "save"? What about if you use "save as" with a different lot loaded in the same save? I'm wondering whether this problem is limited to the one save or is more global.
