I bought this a few days ago. I downloaded it, install from the eagames app that I use to play my game. It does not show up when I open my game and try to have a sim travel to it.
Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
(I wrote this topic last night and I can't find it in your forum and I'm sure I used EA Forum. Don't know what's up with that).

I had this happen to me. I lost over half my packs and was by EA Help that unless I could produce purchase receipts, I would have to rebuy them again. I stupidly did that. I want too so bad file a class action lawsuit against EA for breaking everything and not fixing it.
Check your Add-Ons in EA App and make sure Jungle Adventure is listed there.
If not, you will need to contact EA and tell them what is going on.
Be sure to check your Order History in your EA Account and get the Order Number for your Jungle Adventure purchase prior to contacting EA for help. This should help them help you get your pack back.
