Keep getting Items Removed popup when traveling

I've not added, removed, or changed anything. Today, I continue to get the below popup message every time I travel somewhere. I own all expansions, game and stuff packs, and have no mods loaded. I've only ever had one account and no one else uses my PC. 

Items Removed: One or more Create a Sim items have been removed. The items may have not been installed on your computer or the EA Account that is currently logged in does not own these items.

    Go to your The Sims4 folder
    Documents/ElectronicArts/The Sims4
    Delete clientDB.package and localthumbcache.package files. Don't worry the game will create the same, new one when you turn the game.
    Next, go to the Origin/Libray right click on the TS4 - option repair game
    Turn on the game and check if you still have this error.

    Another possibility is that you had previously mods in the game and sims on this lot used it in the game.
