Kits Downloaded Not Appearing in game

I just bought the Bridgerton masquerade ball kit and the kit shows up owned on my EA app but shows on the build mode I don't have that kit, I refreshed everything double checked mods, deleted Cashe, Repaired my files and restarted the game now my tea time Salarium kit doesn't work either.. like what is going on EA we are paying money for these and the games bugging the hell out!
