Your Nvidia drivers are from 2014. Could you update those and see if it makes a difference ?
Also what settings do you have your graphics on ? High or very high isn't really recommended with your card as the 635 is not that strong a card.

settings on medium high sorta; I have sims highest, and everything else isn't that high, and I don't use laptop mode. lights and reflections on lowest, sofas medium, window mode, etc
I know my pc is weak for this game, but there was no lag on those objects in build, like it's doing now, before the seasons patch.
I can't update nvidia drivers since it messes up other things when I want to go on youtube or other things, it went wrong when I did that in past so I won't again. but its the patch that caused it anyway, since this old nvidia driver didn't cause lag issues right before patch, only right after seasons patch. I didn't get seasons pack or make any changes, so it doesn't make sense to me that it would be the driver all of a sudden for one patch.
