LAG SO BAD after computer problem!

So, I dropped my computer like an idiot and had to get all of my stuff back from my old, old computer. That uninstalled LOTS (stuff that came with the computer included). Since then, my sims has been working terribly. It lags so bad. I'm able to make Sims but CAS is so slow I usually X out without saving in the middle of making one.

I have an Acer Aspire E-15

I've tried

-Uninstalling

-Taking out my Mods folder

-Repairing the game

-Turning off Online

-Turning on Laptop Mode

I really need help bc I have no idea what to install or whatever. I'll post my Diaxdag thing (probably got that wrong) but I forget how. Someone PLEASE help! Thank you.

It says Microsoft Basic Display Adapter is working correctly.
I got it fixed, though. I didn't do it myself. It wouldn't even turn on.
I'm playing on medium. Laptop Mode is off but it doesn't work with it on anyway.

Your computer was not restored to factory. The video driver is Windows basic and you need the driver the was written for that laptop. A quick look shows other problems. You need to save any personal data and use the factory restore for that laptop.

That makes sense. I have no idea how to do that, though. I'll ask my dad tomorrow.

So I haven't been able to do it yet, but my mom did tell me a piece of important information. Apparently, I only have half a terabyte in my computer. Thanks mom for going to some crappy computer fixer. He couldn't even finish his job and restore it! UGH.
