Lagging, Freezing, and Walking Through Walls

@Cryptidcosmos  When you removed your saves, were they really removed, or did you still see them at the Main Menu?  I just want to make sure you don't have a second user folder hiding somewhere.

If that's not the issue, have you tested a new save in one of the base game worlds, with nothing added from your Library or the Gallery?  That would set the baseline for performance, so please let me know whether what you've described happens under these conditions too.

Finally, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

    Ran it on with no packs and the game was still experiencing the same problems. dxdiag is attached!

      @Cryptidcosmos  Your dxdiag is full of crashes of the graphics driver, so please clean uninstall and reinstall the driver, as described here:

      You can get the newest Nvidia driver here:

      https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/results/

      You'll want the game-ready driver, not the studio driver.

      If this doesn't help, did you in fact try a new save?  I wasn't saying you needed to play with no packs, rather that your test sim should live in one of the base game worlds.  It's fine to have all packs installed for this test; just pick somewhere in Willow Creek or Oasis Springs for them to live.

        Thank you, I'm going to try this tonight!

        And yes, I did try a new save - when I removed them to the desktop and loaded the game they were not showing/were not available to play and I started a new save file
