Sims4 messing up after update

After the sims updated my game hasnt been working properly the screen takes hours to load i cant build lots or move sims into new lots without getting the 801 error code cant place the spa restaurant nothing i’ve tried everything i had alot of lots down and its like they’re all gone cant even replace them i created new folders deleted the ts4 scripts. Moved the mods doubled checked for duplicate items in all of my folders on the old n new folder im on my laptop but i dont know what else to do i have repaired the game and everything but nothing has worked but i love the sims been playing since i was a kid and this whole thing is makin me not want to play anymore its sad. People have spent money on this game i hope a soultion could be found for everyones problem
