pollyhund10 Does your computer run Windows or macOS? If Windows, please do a clean uninstall of the EA App with Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine), then see whether the App behaves normally. It's possible that your other issues are due to problems with the EA App, so that should be addressed first.
For reference, please also provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
