Language option missing after update

Hi, I bought the game few years ago and I installed the game in italian, never had an issue.

After long time I launched the game again and apparently it needed an update, so I did, but now the only language available is english.

Is there anything I can do to have other language options?

    Hi @cuecadelacut 

    It's sounding like you may have the wrong language version of the base game on your account- this isn't something we'd be able to look into on the forums with you since we can't access your account details, but the live support team can check which language version you currently have and get the correct version added.

    Please contact live support for more help on this by submitting a request here- I'd also recommend that you attach this specific AHQ conversation when you contact live support so the team does have further information to reference.

    I bought new laptop. On a old one i had the sims in polish. Now I tried to install it again on a new one (everything is in polish, the laptop as well) but i cant change the language on a game. Its only English language available. I uninstalled it, EA app as well, nothing works. 
    can someone help me with it? It worked on a old computer so i have no idea why its not working on a new one

    Hi, 

    So for years now, I've been playing the sims 4 in Dutch and suddenly after an EA App update I only have the English version. 

    I already deleted the game, but English is the only option. Also reinstalled the EA App, but nothing changes. 

    How can I get the Dutch version back on my pc? 

    I love to play the sims when I am tired and then I just don't want to think anymore and so I don't want to translate all I am doing

    Really hope someone can help me
