xemily_wbux The Iris Xe graphics chip with 80 EUs (execution units), which is what is integrated into the i5-1235U processor, is somewhat faster than the Radeon 610M chip integrated into the R5 7520U. The difference isn't exactly night and day, but all else being equal, the first is clearly the better choice, capable of running Sims 4 on medium-high graphics even with all current packs installed.
If you're going for integrated graphics, I would also suggest trying to find a model with 16 GB RAM. It's not absolutely necessary, but it will be helpful now and more so in the future, as other apps get more demanding with time.
