Laptop for sims 4 UK.

The faster GPU would definitely help with certain other games though: Baldur's Gate 3, Hogwarts Legacy, that kind of thing.
The storage being cut in half is not an issue for Sims 4 because even a 300 GB cc collection would easily fit alongside the game, and that's far too much custom content for almost anyone to manage. If you planned on having several large games installed at the same time, that would be another matter. But if your plan is to maybe play something that catches your attention (e.g. BG3) and move on, then play something else at a later point, it's more than enough space.
Aside from that, how much do you want to spend, and how much extra power do you want to have on hand for potential other games? Sims 4 in its current form, which hasn't changed much in years, can't use even all the power of an RTX 4050, but of course newer games can and will. These two are the same laptops as above except with an RTX 5050, so another generational leap, although smaller (more in the range of 30-40%), and with 512 GB and 1 TB of storage, respectively, but they're also understandably more expensive than the one you linked.

And this one (same model on both sites) is also £900 with a 5050 and 500 GB storage:

To be clear, there's no Sims 4-related reason you'd need all that power, or even an RTX 5050, but since I don't know your budget or how much having extra options matters to you, I figured I'd list some of what I found.
