Last Crash

Hello
Have the crashes happened after your sims were doing certain things? Or were they on certain lots when it occured? If you use cc/mods they may have caused issues.

Make sure that your graphics drivers are uptodate.
If the crashes continue occurring, try lowering the graphics settings and use windowed mode and see if that helps.

I would have to lower the graphics even on a laptop with a graphic card that can handle the game?

If the crashing keeps occurring, it may help to test by lowering the graphics settings and turning on laptop mode and testing to see if the crashes keep occurring. It just is a test for a short while to see if the issues remain.

Have you had more crashes since those two crashes? Sometimes crashing can occur randomly.

No just these two. I haven't had any before that. I searched the crash text but couldn't find anything in it.

It may just have been random crashes, caused just by a glitch at that time. Try just playing as nornal , at the usual graphics settings and see if any more crashing occur.

@rosemow okay I will try that. I haven't experienced this before so I was freaking out.
@phoebebebe13 yes it using Nvidia, as far as Vsync, I think I have always turned it on in game and I didn't have an issue before. Should I have done otherwise?

Your welcome. You don't have to uninstall and reinstall. Just pull your sims 4 folder from documents to your desktop,start the game and exit, it will generate a new sims 4 folder. This is like doing a clean install. You can then take your files from your old game and start testing them in the new game, or do the 50/50 on CC/Mods

If sounds like some of your cc are broken.
Try moving your whole mods folder to the desktop. Delete the cache files

Then start the game and test to see if that helps the issues. If it does help, then put your mods/CC back into the newly generated mods folder in the sims 4 folder one by one or in batches and testing the game after each one to see which is the cause of the problem. Put one item or batch in , test the game , take it out. Then test another one, to find the cause of the issue.
Then remove the broken cc.

When testing, don’t save the game. Just exit the game without saving, and then your cc will still remain in your game when you load the save game again.

I hope that your exam goes well!
With the graphics issue, try removing all the shirts that have the issue, then delete the cache files. Then download a new cc shirt item from a different site and test to see if the issue remains.

I exited build mode. I was about to make a sim for that lot so I went to press the lot, but then it crashed
