I would have to lower the graphics even on a laptop with a graphic card that can handle the game?
If the crashing keeps occurring, it may help to test by lowering the graphics settings and turning on laptop mode and testing to see if the crashes keep occurring. It just is a test for a short while to see if the issues remain.
