Last Crash

Did you make sure the game is using Nvidia not intel and are you using the Vsync option in game option? I forget if Vsync works better with Nvidia control panel or using the in game Vsync. I think user @DeKay mentioned something to me about the in game vsync. dekay plays on llaptop

@rosemow okay I will try that. I haven't experienced this before so I was freaking out.
@phoebebebe13 yes it using Nvidia, as far as Vsync, I think I have always turned it on in game and I didn't have an issue before. Should I have done otherwise?

You didn't answer Rosemow about the CC part. Do you have any CC or mods?

Turning on vsync might help. I have it on and don't have random crashes from exiting build mode. The last time mine crashed was cuz there's a glitch with my sim holding his cat.

Yes I do have CC and mods but I already removed them since the last crash. I did the 50/50 method and found the corrupted or damaged CC.

@DeKay they moved this thread to the mods section. I don't know why.

Oh okay thats fine. I have been wanting to clean up my Sims 4 folder for a while now. I think I will uninstall and reinstall and do a serious clean up of CC and mods. Thank you for all your help everyone.

Your welcome. You don't have to uninstall and reinstall. Just pull your sims 4 folder from documents to your desktop,start the game and exit, it will generate a new sims 4 folder. This is like doing a clean install. You can then take your files from your old game and start testing them in the new game, or do the 50/50 on CC/Mods

@phoebebebe13 Hi! I´m having some problems with Sims 4 on my Mac. I´ve got a lastcrash and empty lastexceptions and since then my Sims legs looks weird. That only happens when they have some CC clothing on, mostly or even only when they have long skirts on. I would try your advice out but whats with my saves? I´ve spend so much time remaking all the sims in the neighbourhood and I just don´t want to lose it! I´ve tried the window mode but now it got even worse and my sim is "shining" like a sun haha...well, actually it wasn´t funny at all :(

If sounds like some of your cc are broken.
Try moving your whole mods folder to the desktop. Delete the cache files

Then start the game and test to see if that helps the issues. If it does help, then put your mods/CC back into the newly generated mods folder in the sims 4 folder one by one or in batches and testing the game after each one to see which is the cause of the problem. Put one item or batch in , test the game , take it out. Then test another one, to find the cause of the issue.
Then remove the broken cc.

When testing, don’t save the game. Just exit the game without saving, and then your cc will still remain in your game when you load the save game again.

@rosemow Hi! Thanks for help! The LE was caused by some custom Traits but the graphic problems are somehow caused by every single custom shirt that goes to belly button! I´ve got a lot of them so I´m really sad. Is there any chance I can still use them in future or that there will be a update on the meshes or something like this? Or ist there something I could do do make it work properly?
Also there is a problem with some skirts but I have to study for friday (physiology exam :( ) so I only had a short amount of time for now to figure out which of the CC can cause the glitch.
