Last Exception problem without mods or cc in mods folder!

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.60.54.1220
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I am not sure. maybe checking my LE or saved file.
What happens when the bug occurs? Functions normal with the exception or loading error code, items removed, and LE with no mods or cc installed.
What do you expect to see? i would like to see it fixed and back to normal.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

What do you expect to see? I expect not to see an LE, along with "game failed to load" and "items have been removed"

The game acts normal and I can still play, however, I keep getting an LE with no mods or cc installed in my game with the exception of mccc only being in my mods folder. The LE is is saying it is some sort of roommate mod that was corrupting my game but as I said, I took all roommate mods out of my game along with every other mod or cc I had installed and I continue to get this same issue with the LE. I tried everything from repairing my game, to doing the half and half method with my mods/cc, all the way to creating a new sims 4 folder and only adding my saved and tray files to the game. No matter what I do, I cannot get rid of this LE that keeps saying "roommate_service" with no mods/cc installed except for MCCC. If it is not the mods or cc then what is the issue? I'm so confused, I can still play but it's so annoying to keep getting an LE and also when I go to load my sims family that I play when first logged on, it won't take me to them, the screen loads for a while and then goes right to the worlds screen and gives me an error saying "the game failed to load" along with a long code and then when I go back to play them for the second time it lets me play them but then I get an "items removed" pop up along with the LE. This just started happening today after I added a few mods, has not happened before at all but my fellow discord family has tried to help but unfortunately, nothing worked so they suggested I come here to report the issue. I don't know why it is acting like this all of sudden and hopefully someone can help me with this issue or fix it for me. thx!
