Legion Go Sims 4 help
Trying to get Sims 4 to run on my Lenovo Legion Go, but I’m met with “Can’t run The Sims 4 with the video card in this system. Please check that the video card meets the minimum specs and that the latest video drivers are installed.”
I updated the drivers on the Lenovo page, uninstalled the game on steam, installed it from Xbox/EA and still have the same message ☹️
please help, my girlfriend just wants to play some Sims 4 😂
I know this card is more than enough to run the game, it’s the AMD Z1 Extreme. I’m just not super Computer savvy and don’t understand what is going on lol
@robfinneganr34 Please try switching to the DirectX 11 version of Sims 4. Open the EA App, click Sims 4 > Manage > View properties, and add -dx11 in the command line box.
If that doesn't help, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.
