TheKinaQueen There's nothing obviously wrong in your dxdiag, just some generic Sims 4 errors that could be almost anything. Since the problem is only in one user folder though, the simple test would be to copy certain files over from the other user folder, or to compare pairs of files if you'd like to know exactly which setting is triggering the issue.
The first suspect would be Options.ini. If that's not the problem, anything in ConfigOverride would be next. You don't need to read through them manually—Notepad++ and similar apps can compare files line by line and highlight any differences.

I copied my options file from the folder that worked well to the other one, it didn't fix it. There is nothing in my config override folder.
HOWEVER i did some testing (aka open game, change a setting, close game, repeat) and switching to dx9 fixed it. I have no idea why tho since I have been on dx11 since December and it was fine until one day it wasn't??? I have no clue what the difference between 9 and 11 is, i assume 11 is more recent... oh well. I can play now, so I'll take it... hopefully eventually I can go back to dx11
