(Likely mod related) I can't put my sims on the gallery

Question

So i was gonna put my sims on the gallery so my sister could play with them but when I click the upload to gallery button it freezes my game.

I use a lot of cc and mods and I think its mod related but if anyone knows which mod could be causing it please tell me

913735837 Have you&nbsp;checked if it's mod-related? &nbsp;Drag the Mods folder to the desktop and rename it, delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test.

i turned off mods but its still not working so it is not mod related&nbsp;

Are you on a Mac or a PC? Is the account an adult or a child account? And have you checked your Options or done any other test steps?
