Sasha_childe The Sims 4 errors in your dxdiag are somewhat generic—they can be due to a corrupt save or a bad mod or an issue with the graphics driver, among other causes. Since you've already removed your mods and custom content, please temporarily remove your saves too (the entire folder) and see whether the game loads. If it does, the issue is probably your newest save among those you moved.
In that case, you can create a new save, save your progress, quit, and move over your older saves. If necessary, renumber the new save so it doesn't conflict with the old ones, but be sure to keep the number eight characters long (e.g. Slot_00000012.save or Slot_0000000a.save) so the game can read it.
If removing the saves doesn't help, remove the ConfigOverride folder if there's anything inside. If that doesn't help either, remove the entire Sims 4 folder. Your content will be intact but not readable for the moment, which is fine and the point of the test.
If none of this makes a difference, we can move on to other causes.
puzzlezaddict I just tried all of those and unfortunately none of them worked.
What can I try next?
