Lost all progress. Saves still in the Sims folder on PC, but Idk how to recover

So basically what happened is that I saw a Tiktok about downloading packs for free and I followed the steps in the Tiktok, opened the EA app after downloading and moving the files and went offline, opened my game, and it says "new game" instead of load game....I am freaking out because I have been playing for a decade and I cannot figure out how to get it back, Now when I opened the game the first time, the Tiktok was right, all of my packs that I paid for and the packs that I just downloaded for free were on there but my Sims and builds arent lol, someone please help me. Like dang is this my punishment for being cheap???
