LOST ALL SIMS 4 AND CANT REDEEM IT

HELP after the new origin update ive lost sims 4, its still downloaded on my computer but everytime I go to play it origin asks me to use the product code however because ive already used the code to get sims in the first place it wont accept it even though sims isn't on my origin
WHAT DO?! DX

  • If the game is no longer shows up on your Origin client, please try the following things

    • Restart Origin
    • Log out and back in and use the email address instead of the username. Make sure to use the one you used to register the game in the first place
    • Make sure it's not under Hidden Games
    • Reinstall Origin
    • Restart your router/modem,
    • Get in touch with a game advisor.
