Low FPS/Windows 11

I’m currently getting on average 30 FPS in my game at the moment. I can usually achieve 100 FPS and the only thing I’ve done is upgraded to Windows 11.

It’s running extremely well in Create-A-Sim and as soon as I go in-game it drops dramatically.

The last time it worked was when it was running on Windows 10, but I’ve used Windows 11 on this setup before and the game ran perfectly.

Things I’ve tried:

  • Pressing ESC key
  • Resetting the game/my laptop to default settings
  • Reinstalling both integrated and dedicated graphics drivers using Display Driver Uninstaller
  • Disabling my internet connection
  • Enabling and disabling Variable Refresh Rate/Hardware Acceleration
  • Enabling and disabling Adaptive Sync in Intel Graphics Command Centre
  • Running it in windowed mode
  • Ensuring it is using my dedicated GPU
  • Running various commands to check for system issues

My laptop is an ASUS TUF Gaming F15 FX506HEB and my specs are:

  • GPU: RTX 3050 Ti 4 GB
  • Ram: 16 GB
  • OS: Windows 11 Home 64-Bit
  • CPU: Intel i5-11400H

Thank you so much.
