Sul Sul!
Some time ago by accident on epic games I clicked to add the sims 4 to my gallery , since then I can't turn on the sims 4 normally.
I have to have ea app and epic games app turned on and from what I understand I have the basic game there and the game expansions at ea app,
but that's stupid because I would never in my life buy Sims there, besides Also, I bought The sims 4 almost as soon as it was released, and before I clicked that stupid button on epic games (a few months ago) I had no problems turning on the game at all.
I tried to disconnect the two platforms because I think they are connected in that case, but then I can't turn on the sims at all. In addition, since then, the time spent in the game counts for me on that app, which I don't like.
Literally writing this post, I noticed that at the top on the ea app it says “standard edition available on epic games” in the top right corner of the photo I'm attaching to this post.
Is there anything that can be done about it?
It's hard to explain, I hope you'll understand
Thank you in advance for your help ❤️
@Emid4356 Please contact EA customer support and ask that the Epic version of Sims 4 be removed from your account.
Alternately, if you were not able to disconnect your EA and Epic accounts, you could try removing Sims 4 from your Epic library, then clearing the EA App's cache:
