The user interface on my Sims 4 has shrunk. I don't know what happened, or what I have pressed, but it's shrunken. I have gone through all the settings and even looked up a solution for my problem, but I have found nothing that has helped. I am using Sims 4 base game on MAC. Please help.

Maybe you have changed game resolution? Please note that bigger resolutions means that UI also resizes to adapt to new resolution.

Try moving your Sims 4 folder out to your desktop (Documents > Electronic Arts > Sims 4). Don't worry your saved games will be safe. Next start up the game and see if it will run and change back the interface. You can move your saves back by moving the one saves folder and replacing it with the one on your Desktop.
