Main Menu Popup Ads

Does anyone else have this problem? 
Everytime I load into my game it takes forever to load. Then on top of that I can’t get past the popup ad that loads before you get to the main menu. When I click the x or esc it’s stuck and I can’t do anything. It’s really getting annoying at this point. The popup ads aren’t needed. I haven’t been able to play my game for days. I haven’t no mods that make my game stuck and all my mods are updated. Can someone please solve this problem please?
