Majority of my DLC for sims 4 are gone after I switched from origin to EA

I tried to give this problem some time to fix it's self but, I feel it's gone on too long. I was given a forced message to move from origin to EA and I think i played a couple sessions with all my DLCs since I moved apps. I stopped playing because I had work to attend to and other thing, BUT when I logged back in around march 13-14 I found out I was banned! I shrugged it off and was planning to deal with it later. I went into my library to play some sims 4 but I go in click my character and I see, I have none of the items from other packs in my home/ on my sim. I go to check on the main menu to find out I have hardly any of the DLCs I bought and that's hundreds of dollars I spent on this game, so surely you can understand why I am upset. After that I planned on contacting you guys, I kept getting flustered with work and projects so I haven't have time until now. I'm hoping I could get my Dlc's returned to me so I can enjoy playing my sims. Also I only have one account so it's not possible that they might be in another account.

    If the packs aren't showing there, but you've bought them through Origin, this means you're currently logging into a different EA account than the one you had originally bought them on.

    Please contact the live support team so they can help you locate which account your packs are tied with- here on the forums we don't have access to your account details to help you locate the original account. If you have any troubles reaching out to live support there, please let me know.

  • @21nerdsavgae  Please list the packs you've bought that are currently missing.  Please also let me know where you bought them: through Origin or the EA App, through the EA website, through Steam, or from a third-party and which one.

    @puzzlezaddict I bought all the expansion packs except the new one, every game pack except werewolves and bantuu, I believe every stuff pack, and the dust kit, and all this had been bought through origin.

    Hi @21nerdsavgae,

    To verify if you're logging into the correct EA account, please check your Order History- are you seeing these previously purchased packs here? If they're not showing here, then most likely you're logging into a different account than the one you originally purchased your content on. 

    As for the ban on your account- this isn't something we can assist with directly here on AHQ.

    If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute this decision with the Terms of Service team through the link here.

    1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
    2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
    3. Choose your platform.
    4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
    5. Click Select contact option.
    6. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.
  • I checked that and It doesn't have all the DLC's I bought but, I know for a fact this is my only account. So, i'm just confused on why this is happening.

  • I checked yahoo saying it was a long shot, but that long shot was made and I found the actual account and I apologize.

    No worries!! If you have multiple accounts and your content is split between two separate accounts, live support can look into merging your accounts together so all your packs and games are together on one account instead. 

    If you'd like, you can contact live support from the link I've listed above so they can merge your two accounts together 🙂
