Majority of my DLC for sims 4 are gone after I switched from origin to EA
I tried to give this problem some time to fix it's self but, I feel it's gone on too long. I was given a forced message to move from origin to EA and I think i played a couple sessions with all my DLCs since I moved apps. I stopped playing because I had work to attend to and other thing, BUT when I logged back in around march 13-14 I found out I was banned! I shrugged it off and was planning to deal with it later. I went into my library to play some sims 4 but I go in click my character and I see, I have none of the items from other packs in my home/ on my sim. I go to check on the main menu to find out I have hardly any of the DLCs I bought and that's hundreds of dollars I spent on this game, so surely you can understand why I am upset. After that I planned on contacting you guys, I kept getting flustered with work and projects so I haven't have time until now. I'm hoping I could get my Dlc's returned to me so I can enjoy playing my sims. Also I only have one account so it's not possible that they might be in another account.
If the packs aren't showing there, but you've bought them through Origin, this means you're currently logging into a different EA account than the one you had originally bought them on.
