Managed to fix my problem where it crashes during launch after update

Samadhi_Oleks  Since you have a Steam install, open the Game folder in your last screenshot, then Bin inside that, and you'll see TS4_x64.

I don't know what to do anymore. This is very frustrating. Everyone has managed to solve this problem, but I haven't. I sit every day and try to find a solution. I go into every folder and there's nothing I need. I'm desperate. It's been two weeks now. This is exhausting 😭😭😭
