Just keeps spinning.

Hi. I have had nothing but issues with my Sims4 game for the last 8 months. It continually crashes. I have completely uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. That worked for 2 weeks and now when i load the EA app it is extremely slow to load and flashes blank black screen and then the app loads. When i start the Sims4 game it the screen flashes a white screen with black lines on the bottom that flashes like 5 times than goes to the main Sims4 screen. It will then go to the main Sims4 game but the Live mode will not work. Also when I click on "resume game" it just goes to the load screen and just keeps spinning. I have had it sit for 10 minutes and it keeps spinning. I am going thru complete withdrawel from my Sims. I play to keep my mind off my extreme pain but constantly having issues. I have never had these issues when Sims was with Origin. Ever since it went to EA app I have had nothing but problems. Game is constantly glitchy. I just want to play my game. I am NOT a normal gamer where I know computers. I just want to start my game and play it so I do not understand folders and documents. I talked to Customer Service and they were extremely rude and not helpful. I just want to play my game please. I have sent at least 6 EA error reports.

If you can't play normally in the clean folder, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
