Mannequins are not showing up in build mode

I look up the mannequins and it shows me multiple different results in the search bar such as

"male mannequin in activities and skills"

yet when I click on any of them, it says there are no items matching that

Is this just another aspect of mannequins being insanely broken or is it something with me in particular?
